Day 1: South of Bali – Banyuwangi
Afternoon departure from Bali this tour package bring you with a private car you along the island’s scenic west coast, a slice of the real Bali few tourists see. Stop for photos of some terraced ricefields, rustic village(s) and surging surf beaches during the 4-hours drive to Gilimanuk harbour for a short ferry crossing to Java. Upon arrival proceed for sightseeing in the small town of Banyuwangi. The first day of Ijen and Sukamade tour Overnight in Banyuwangi.
Day 2: Ijen Crater – Sukamade
Be ready for an adventurous trip the whole day today. It begins with an early wake-up call for the 90-minute hike to Ijen Crater along a shady track with spectacular views at 2380 meters altitude. You will closely look at the life of sulphur miner who transporting sulphur walking up from the crater lake and down as far as 3 kilometer to the foothill.
Descending Ijen and continue driving to Sukamade village that is located within the territory of Meru Betiri National Park. To reach Sukamade, several stops will be made i.e. at Rajegwesi fishermen village, Damai Bay, and Sukamade plantation village. Overnight in a simple accommodation, Sukamade guesthouse.
After dinner depart for a drive to Sukamade beach by jeep (about 5km) to reach Sukamade Turtle Conservation. Stop at Turtle Hatchery or Park Ranger Office before walking to the beach (about 800m) where you would quietly sitting waiting for the signals from the park ranger who search for turtle. If you are lucky, you will find the turtle and watch the wonderful process of laying eggs. Return to the guesthouse in midnight. Rest Programs.
Day 3: Sukamade – Kalibaru – Bali
This Ijen tour package then continued to leave Sukamade after breakfast, and drive passing Kalibaru to Ketapang harbour, for ferry crossing to Bali. Several stops will be made on the way for stretching, interact with local people if there’s opportunity, or stop at plantation/local villages on the way. About 4 hours drive reach to ketapang then crossing by ferry then continue to bali area for drop off and then End of Tour.
